How Spruce Hollow Farm got it's name
Spruce Hollow Farm is nestled in the East Brook Valley of Walton, Delaware County, New York.
Spruce Hollow Farm is dedicated to providing the freshest and healthiest vegetables, herbs, organic eggs and honey to the consumer.
Spruce Hollow Farm was developed to provide the optimum in holistic equine health care with an eye toward correcting unwanted behaviors due to muscle pain, over-use and stress.

Our Hours
Our equine facility operates around the clock.
Our organic vegetables, herbs, eggs, honey, soaps and teas are available for sale at our Farm Stand, daily June through September, by special order via phone or email, and through various farmer's markets in Delaware, Sullivan, Ulster and Otsego Counties during the summer months.
MORE HORSE SENSE ...
Some horses have one leg (or side) that is a hair shorter than the other. By seeing which side of the neck a horse's mane falls on you can tell which front leg is the shortest. The mane will fall to the short-legged side.
Spruce Hollow Farm was graced with this beautiful double rainbow on August 11, 2009 - It seemed to focus on our farm!
